Song: The Circle Married The Line by Feist
I’ve been getting back into ‘just listening’ to music lately. I remember in my search for good music I’d sometimes buy a tape or CD based on the art and song titles; hoping for the best. Listening to the radio was an option but being subject to trends and the DJ was not always nice. Also there was a time when MTV actually had music… Now there is Spotify and the like; new music heaven!
The song on my mind tonight; The Circle Married The Line by Feist. Beautiful! Is she talking about how opposites attract/sunset and sunrise/both/something else?? I’m leaning toward the heavenly option… Regardless I think I love this song. I enjoyed some quality time on the beach when I lived in Florida; there’s something pretty magical about that place at night. This song brings back the feeling… Enjoy!
House of Heroes’ “Cold Hard Want” July 10th
